The Colony Inn is comprised of 36 individually owned one-bedroom condos which sleep 4-6 people, and two cottages which sleep up to 4 people. Our condos either contain a king bed with a queen sleeper sofa, or double beds with a queen sleeper sofa.  Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen, screened in lanai, beach chairs, Cable TV, Free local, long distance and Wi-Fi.
